Stores Reopening FAQs
Are the stores open?
Yes, all stores are open for home appliances and essential technology products. Our in-store Furniture and Bedding departments are closed but are facilitating Click and Collect orders. For your local store’s opening hours please click here.
You can continue to shop our full range online.
When will your Furniture and Bedding departments reopen?
Our Furniture and Bedding departments will remain closed as long as Level 5 restrictions remain in place. Currently, Government estimates this to be for a period of six weeks beginning on Thursday, October 22nd.
Will I still receive my Furniture or Bedding order that I placed before these departments closed down?
Yes, we are working to fulfill all customer orders as planned. The only exception to this will be due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. if supplier lead times are affected due to delays. In the event that this does happen, and we are working closely with all of our suppliers to ensure that it does not, we will contact any affected customers without delay.
Do I have to wear a face covering to enter your store?
Yes. Face coverings are now mandatory in shops, shopping centres and other indoor settings. Please ensure that you are wearing a face covering before you enter any of our stores.
Are there prioritised shopping hours for frontline staff?
Frontline staff will be given priority access to our stores, they just need to identify themselves to the greeter at the front door and show their work ID and they will be allowed to enter the store as soon as it is safe to do so.
