Poor quality
Got the sofa for almost 6months, and the sewing is tearing . Even if the sofa has warranty 1 year for the frame and leather, that doesn’t cover the sewing part, which that’s disappointing for an expensive sofa.

Have this sofa only 12 months and already the leather is wearing away. Harvey Norman will not stand over product as claiming normal wear and tear. I’m sorry but not acceptable for a sofa only 12 months old.

Very Poor Quality
I have order this sofa and took 5 months to deliver. After waiting that long the sofa delivered with ripped leather and wear and tear. They change couple of times but every time sofa delivered to my house with marks and wear and tear leather.
