Lost support / Shape
we bought this sofa for our home 1 year ago - but after 1 year we have found the shape and support to have just dropped. There and now gaps from the back cushions to the base revealing the insides making it very harsh to sit on and the reclines have lost all shape

Loved the electric recliner-Superb service by Harvey Norman
Excellent sofa, received as ordered. Very quick and efficient service by Harvey Norman. Gave an online order and received a call with in next 15 minutes to agree the delivery time. Sofa was delivered after 2 days on the weekend and delivery guys showed real courtesy by bringing it over to the first floor to place in my office room. I would highly recommend Harvey Norman for your next furniture purchase.
