Very impressive powerful cordless vacuum - but with a few reservations
An incredibly powerful little vacuum cleaner especially with the power brush fitted, so far been very impressed with it, although a couple points to consider when buying, fairly short battery life with quite a long recharge time, spare batteries although they are not swappable. The waste collection bin is rather small meaning frequent emptying and it’s quite a messy hands on process.
Overall and for the price a very impressive little vacuum cleaner for our first foray in Miele cordless, we would need a larger and much more expensive one for full time household use, but for a quick wizz round it’s very good, fortunately we have a Miele corded vacuum as well

Overall a good product.
Overall a great vacuum. This model comes with the extra accessories which are worthwhile; the extension hose for example allows you to use a brush attachment without having to hold the main unit, which is useful for getting into tight spots.
The big downside is the barrel connector used for charging. When you slot the machine into its wall mount, you then have to plug the cable into the unit, which is fiddly. It would have been better if the mount had electrical contacts. The cable then had nowhere to go when you are using the unit so just falls onto the floor. I might work out a solution with some cable clips but really Miele's engineers should have thought of this.

I would recommend this vacuum cleaner.
Really pleased with the purchase,we currently have a Miele C34 (cat&dog) vacuum cleaner which has been extremely successful. With the offer available took the opportunity to tryout the Cordless vacuum cleaner, really impressed with it, and I do believe it is more powerful than the old vacuum cleaner on a full charge, and so versatile. If I could make an improvement,it would be to have a soft rubber grip to the underside of the handle,just to help people who do not have strong hands,( apart from this) I really do prefer this model to the plug in model.

Too heavy for me
I bought this because I love my Miele cylinder vac but wanted something more portable and quick to use. I have had a Dyson cordless vac before and found it top heavy and a pain having to actively hold the on trigger or it stopped.
Unfortunately as soon as I put this together I realised it was just too heavy for me to use. Maybe the next model up that puts the motor and battery lower down the stick thus lowering the leverage would suit me but it is prohibitively expensive. I returned it immediately but had to wait weeks for the refund because it was on a 100 day trial offer even though I decided the day I got it and put it together that I couldn’t use it and normal online purchasing rules of refund should have applied. Rather dented my high opinion of Miele.

Absolutely amazing
I'm really happy with my purchase. It took me a while to make up my mind which brand to go for. Luckily I read Which magazine reviews on cordless vacuum cleaners and it helped me with my choice. I love the results after I clean, it helps with the dust really well. My husband has noticed that he doesn't sneeze as much as he used to. I make sure that I use all the additional accessories for the vacuum cleaner to get rid of the dust even in the hardest to reach places. It does an amazing job at getting rid of all the hair from our carpets. The only disadvantages that some people might find are the weight of the vacuum cleaner and the small compartment for the dust, dirt and hair. It needs to be emptied quite often.
But I guess it's the peculiarity of cordless vacuum cleaners.

I cannot recommend this vacuum enough and would certainly buy again!
We wanted a high performance battery cleaner for our home and this machine does not disappoint. With a good selection of tools, we can clean anywhere, as needed, without getting the big vacuum out. Powerful and easy to use, this machine is uncomplicated, unlike other stick vacuums available. The build quality is without compare and I cannot recommend this enough to others. Having a Miele Duoflex, I would not consider any other machines in the future.

A very impressive product!
I bought this product as I’d got so sick of lugging a heavy vacuum cleaner up and down the stairs and plugging and unplugging it in every room. I’ve got several other Miele appliances so I already knew the brand was great. I have to say I’m really impressed! It’s lightweight to carry around, it charges quickly and there’s a variety of accessories for every purpose which are easy to swap over. My carpets and hard floors have never been so clean!

Speedy easy cleaning cordless hoover that I would really recommend .
Very pleased with my purchase of the Duoflex HX
It’s easy to use once charge and automatically changes from cleaning hard surfaces to carpet .
It has two power levels on the handle and there is a holder on the rod to carry an accessory.
It’s picked up dust and dirt easily and it’s very easy to empty and clean.
You can also see the battery level , it charges quickly and seems to last sufficiently to get my cleaning done with charge to spare .
