My car is no longer embarrassingly dirty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product that has made my life much easier - With two dogs to walk everyday, at this time of year my car gets covered with mud. This handheld vacuum, which is light and easy to use, has a great brush attachment which gets off the mud (and dog hairs) and the nozzle lets you get into the gaps between the seats which are normally inaccessible. I no longer have to be embarrassed about the state of my car and the dogs also love it as they can jump in without being shouted at! PS its also good for stairs and getting into dark corners as its so manoeuvrable!

Car vacuuming
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was asked by dyson to review the Handheld Car & Boot vacuum cleaner. as soon as it arrived I tried it out on my stairs which are carpeted, initially found it quite heavy but easy enough to use, it done a great job used on the max setting but ran out of charge on my last stair, I have 13. Recharged it for the following day as my husband cleans our cars weekly. It was used on max setting and ran out of charge after 10 minutes, which is very disappointing , the tools are good and easy to use on it, again done a great job, but couldn't finish cleaning as the charge had ran out.

Amazing powr for a battery handheld vacuum cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At last a battery powered car and boat vacuum that has enough power to do the job! With a border collie companion in the back of my car, I've struggled to get a battery vacuum with enough power to really clean the area of dog hair and muddy debris, and the only real solution till now was corded machine. This Dyson handheld certainly has the suction power and the right accessories to do a proper clean of the car and i was impressed in the speed it achieved it! It was a bit tricky to empty however as the bottom tab gets stuck, and a cheap accessory cloth bag would have been nice to store the tools and charger or it would undoubtedly got the 5 stars !

Brilliant, lightweight Vacuum!
Had my new Dyson a couple of weeks now and am enjoying its power! It was bought by my son as an early Christmas present to replace a different make which was nearing the end of its days. I’ll admit it took a bit of getting used to, for example which attachment I needed to use, but the suction is amazing. I’ve only used it on low, because that is sufficient to pick up all the bits that I need it for. Also, at that power level the battery lasts much longer. It looks like it might be heavy to pick up, but it’s not, it is quite lightweight when in use. I am really, really pleased with my Christmas present, and love my new Dyson!

Great attachments!

It’s also brilliant for stairs using the roller attachment, it reinvigorated the carpet.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent for the car
OK, so I've always got by with a household vacuum in the past, but my car is 5 years old and I could not clean the carpets adequately due to the tight grip auto carpet makes on flotsam etc. This vacuum cleaned the upholstery and carpets such that it looked new again. The attachment tools are very effective and get into places a household vacuum won't fit in a car. We even find it excellent for the stair carpet as it's lighter and easier to handle, also its suction is amazing. We don't own a boat so can't comment.

Too heavy, limited attachments. So why does every Dyson you buy, and we have bought a few, have unique fittings for attachment and chargers? This will be the last I feel.
