The product cooks a minimum 600g rice, this is over 10 portions for me and I live on my own. This is not made clear anywhere. I had to send it back

Dies as it says on the tin!
Cooked rice perfectly. Apparently it can cook pasta too, major bonus (haven't tried it yet!). Not difficult to clean and you dont have to keep an eye on it. The layer of rice on the very bottom will get overcooked but this is minimal. It will increase the longer you leave it. Its still edible but the flavour isnt very nice!

I'm very satisfied with the product Tefal 1.8L rice cooker. I love its multifunctional feautures, the non stick surface of the detachable inner pot, makes it easy to clean. I love that it locks in the flavor and the texture of rice. Ive steamed veggies, oats porridge , noodles, soup. It's ideal for my needs.

Easy to use, can keep up with a family.
Very simple to use, and ideal for a family. Once set up you can walk away and let it do its thing, it even tells you when it's done, and keeps it warm for you. Very fair price for a very handy piece of kitchen equipment that can easily feed a full table of people.

A bit disappointed
The cooker size is as expected and the way to use it is ver simpele, however, when cooking rice the water will boil out of the bowl leaving a mess in the kitchen. I have used the cooker twice its a bit dissapointing and time cosuming to use the cooker.

Makes great rice as long you get the measurements right each time. The instruction manual could have been a bit better with illustrations but all together a great product.
