Great microwave
This model was recommended by Which magazine and totally lives up to its review. Very easy to use for the basics but with additional features when needed. I would highly recommend it.
There were some issues around the delivery of the microwave but the store staff were very helpful and quick at sorting it out.

Elegant simplicity and function
My requirement for a 23 litre microwave that would fit in a restricted space was met by this one. Not only does this device look sleek and modern but it is well made, solid and reliable. The controls are very simple to operate and understand. My only niggle is that the defrost function is not so user friendly but that is easily remedied by repeated pressing of the "microwave" button until the desired power is displayed (180 for defrost). I find this piece of kitchen equipment very satisfying to use. So much so that I have now bought a second one for another property.

Neat microwave
Neat microwave, not too big or small, fits well into kitchen. Heats food evenly. I particularly like the deodorization function.. which gets rid of strong smells.

Only lasted 1 year
I bought this microwave in September 2023. All was working fine although it slanted down on one side. I was told this is part of the design. Around July 24 the microwave was on but didn’t heat the food. We turned it off and turned it on again and it worked fine. It now doesn’t heat anything and I’ve been told it’s now of warranty!
