Just what I needed!
This was bought a replacement for a very worn out microwave of about 20 years old. I don’t use the microwave now as much as the family have grown up so I just needed one for porridge, jacket potatoes and Xmas puds. This compact one is just the job. It’s very neat. The only problem I had, was that whilst it fits a standard dinner plate it doesn’t fit my very large ones. This is only a problem when we are all together and the roast has been cut and am trying to keep it warm / fly free - not very often. However I just put the meat on a slightly smaller / standard sized dinner plate. Apart from that am very pleased with it and glad I bought it.

No stubble trouble from
Does the job nicely
I use this as my daily facial shaver as always struggle with irritation following bladed shaves. The choice of heads is fantastic compared to my last electric shaver and I find the detailing head gives a close enough shave without the guard on to my moustache area and the other slightly larger attachment is better for my neck. The extra guards are good for body grooming also. The battery life so far has been excellent and I’m yet to recharge it after 1 month of use. I like the fact that it has a battery level indicator also. Yes, very impressed and value for money.

Nowhere near the quality of previous Panasonic
After the previous Panasonic microwaves interior became unhygienic (due to blistering of paint and rust, it was over 20 years old though) I didn't hesitate to get another Panasonic. What a disappointing product this new one is. For some reason, it seems like the Panasonic door is sealed and if cooking vegetables, the interior is saturated with water. Every surface is wet to the point water drips everywhere. I have to now wipe firstly with a dishcloth and then dry with a tea towel after every use. It very high maintenance. The interior is starting to mark and the cynic in me would say its designed this way, so you need to buy a new one (Which means more electrical items into landfill). I will get a new one sooner rather than later but it won't be another Panasonic.

RUST BUCKET
Brought this 18 month ago and despite wiping the interior after every use (it has A LOT of condensation) it has developed rust on the door. Despite being under a two year warranty it isn't covered for rust. MAKE BETTER PRODUCTS THAT DON'T RUST - I would say it isn't fit for purpose. Very shoddy workmanship

This is a good little microwave cooker.
Recently I decided that it was time to replace our microwave cooker with a new one and, having given it some thought decided to purchased a new NN-ST21QWBPQ from Panasonic Direct.
This decision was based upon nothing more than the enviable reputation Panasonic have built up over the years for producing reliable and efficient products, and I have not been disappointed.
In my experience this is a great little microwave cooker because it fits in without taking up too much space, additionally and more importantly it does exactly what it says on the box and it is very quiet while it does it.
So, would I recommend it to any other prospective purchaser?
Too right I would.

Internal lining peeling and rusting
There seem to be quite a lot of instances of the internal lining peeling and rusting underneath so clearly either a quality control issue somewhere in the design/manufacturing processor as Panasonic told me it must be the way I use it. The number would suggest the former.

Internal Rust after Two Years
I saw the name Panasonic on the front of this microwave oven and thought it would be good quality ( my twelve year old Panasonic 42in plasma TV is still going strong )
Sadly, my Panasonic microwave is so badly rusted with paint peeling off that it is unsusable.
