Avoid, avoid, avoid...
Rubbish toaster. Worse than the 1 I replaced it with & that was down to 2 working slots! Even on its highest setting of 6, it will take a 2nd go to brown your bread. It's also slow & the power level of the elements on either side of the dividing walls between slices, is lower compared to the others, not that they're much better. Don't waste your money on it. Kenwood should be ashamed putting it on the market & Harvey Normans should be ashamed to sell it.

Only one dial
There is only one dial for browning on this toaster meaning both slots have to be browned to the same level. I would have preferred one on each side.
