We bought this kettle to replace our old one. This kettle boils water very fast and compared to other kettles that we had, has a much better filter for the water and higher water capacity. We highly recommend this product, as it is the best kettle we ever had and now plan to buy a Smeg toaster as well next. Also, we highly recommend Harvey Nomads for this product as they have a great customer service. We order as click and collect and the product was fast to be prepared for collection.

Cheap look
Disappointed with the plastic base and handle. Feels cheap and looks cheap. The water gauge is impossible to see behind the handle. Like the shape and color but the overall cheap look let’s this expensive kettle down.
