Didn’t get it from this seller but would’ve appreciated this review when I was looking for a kettle: Pretty ombré copper colour goes well with wood kitchens. Had it nearly a year. Is quiet for first 6 months then expect some minimal noise. Heats quickly. Safe and easy to use. Sturdy. Best part is it can go many many months without scale build up. Designed so well it doesn’t need constant descaling. Don’t waste time with others if you don’t want to spend lots. Has got to be the most efficient reasonably priced kettle.

Disappointing Product
Very disappointed that this expensive kettle has only lasted two years, bought as a set with matching toaster and first set went back as toaster didn't work, not a good start.
Now this so called premium product has died one month after 2 year warranty expires, so not worth its premium price.

Never been disappointed with a RH kettle…
I like this kettle so much that I recently decided to buy a second for when the current one no longer works. It looks very nice, comes to the boil very quickly, isn’t particularly noisy, it’s easy to refill and pours exceptionally well. I’ve been using Russell Hobbs for decades (my parents used their kettles). There have been a couple of deviations but I always go back to RH.

Snazzy kettle.
Excellent kettle and boils so, so silently 😂. Our last kettle was like listening to the bin lorry on collection day. Nice colour which caught she who must be obeyed 🤣, eye's, plus it boils very quick and as I said,so silently. Pity she didn't spot it when we were buying the washing machine in Cork. As usual quick delivery from Harvey Norman's.

Nice kettle
This is a nice kettle which boils in a reasonable time, if pretty quiet and pours well. It was bought for the above reasons and that it looked to fit in with other decor. It does fit in and the only minor negative is that its normal price would have been a bit steep but I got it at a reduced cost so a minor grumble only.

Very quiet but an odd taste to the water at times. We did what was recommended but found that drinks tasted off unless you filled it with fresh water each time. We've never had a kettle that needed that before. We still need to do this a month after purchase. Hoping it will eventually sort itself out.
