Worked well initially, but has some definite manufacturing quality issues
Have had two of these kettles since 21/10/2011. The first one would not stop boiling automatically and was returned to the store for a replacement 30/03/2012. The second one has now stopped boiling all together 23/05/2012.The product was bought for my elderly mother who has a problem handling a full size kettle hence the choice. However, this product worked quite well when it was operational, but two kettles in the space of seven months suggests a quality issue and I am still debating whether or not to get yet another replacement or a totally different brand of kettle.

Travel Kettle Review ✨
Really handy small travel kettles holds 0.85l which is perfect amount for a travel kettle. The kettle comes wish to plastic cups and two plastic spoons which are so convenient and handy as you would never have to worry about breaking a mug/cup. If you are looking for a small handy kettle I highly recommend one of these as they are really useful and a great size. Only reason don’t give it a five is because I would like if it possibly came in another colour such as black, but there are no faults I have towards it at all.

A compact and reliable travel kettle that makes it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this little travel kettle. It’s super lightweight and easy to pack, which makes it perfect for holidays or weekend trips. The water heats up quickly and stays hot long enough for a couple of good cups of tea. I like that it comes with two cups and spoons, they fit neatly inside so nothing gets lost. The capacity is just right for two people, and even though it’s small, it feels sturdy and safe to use. The temperature control is great. It boils fast without splashing. Overall, it’s very practical, durable, and easy to clean.

Great kettle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took my Russel hobby travel kettle on a camping trip last weekend and honestly I’m well impressed. I plugged it straight into my electric car and it worked perfectly – boiled up faster than I expected and the water got proper hot, not just warm like some of the small kettles I’ve tried before. Handy size too, fits in the glove box easy. Only thing I’d say is the lid feels a bit flimsy but it’s held up fine so far. Great little gadget for trips, defintely worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Russell Hobbs travel kettle has come with me on two trips so far one to a caravan park and one to a hotel and honestly, it’s been a game changer. I drink a lot of tea, and relying on hotel kettles (or worse, no kettle at all) just wasn’t working for me. This one is compact but doesn’t feel flimsy, and it boils water quickly for such a small thing.
The two little cups and spoons that come with it were a nice surprise super handy and they tuck away inside the kettle itself. I also love that it’s dual voltage, so it’s one less thing to worry about when travelling abroad. Great for camping too.
It’s simple, practical, and just does the job without any fuss. Would definitely recommend if you like your creature comforts when you’re away from home
