Squeaky fire, Zero after sales customer care
Squeaky fire (like you’re on the swings). Guarantee people shout at you when you call to register the product.
The fire cones with a Guarantee slip that explicitly asks you to call a number to register your product.
When you do so, an EXTREMELY rude agent tells you they only register fridges and stoves and shouts at you when you try to explain that this is what’s written in Block letters on the slip that Dimplex sent you with the fire.
Now I have a brand new (bought last week) almost 400€ squeaky fire that I can’t fix or even activate its guarantee.

My Artesis fireplace
What a fab bit of technology set the scene my Artesia arrives i mount it on the wall with very little bother, its getting stormier outside my wife gets home from work, darkness sets in weather gets worse so we settle down on the sofa i hit the remote on our new wall mounted Artesia fire flames leap across the face of it. Our german shepherd arrives and stretches out in front of the fire, good job its wall mounted.lovely background colours to choose from and the heat is fantastic from it. We snuggle up enjoying our tostie room and new fireplace as it lashes down outside.

Bring it on winter!!
just love this wall mounted beauty. Fills the room with warmth and a beautiful glow without the dust and all that goes with an open chimney which I have always loved but as I relocated I now live without a fireplace. But its nearest to real event without the work involved and storage of fuel. it is so sleek and modern cannot fault it. looking forward to lots of winter cosiness.

Not happy
2 hours after installing the fire started squeaking, can’t use the unit as the squeaky noise is unbearable. One week later and still waiting for a service man to come and check.
