Great fireplace, very realistic
Delighted with fireplace so far. The flame effect is more realistic than a lot of other electric fireplaces. I found that it was worth buying the river rock and driftwood pack as the stones that come with it were a little bland on their own for us

Aesthetically beautiful. Only 3 stars for me unfortunately because after a few days the motor makes a winding noise for the flame effect, I had it fixed but it's back and something you have to live with and really takes away from the experience!

Good product and in shop assistant experience
Great product and the assistant in store was very helpful. The only issue we had was we got charged twice for the product which I thought was not great as its an expensive product to have that amount missing from your account for a few days.
