Philips marketing team need self reflection
I was very disappointed to find that Philips, a company which I have had brand loyalty and trust in, would play a petty marketing trick with this set.
Deciding to brand it as Series 9000, to give buyers the impression they are buying the better quality Series 9000 trimmer, but providing the inferior Series 7000 MG7745 is just very sneaky and I expected better. Is the extra appeal and money earned worth the loss in trust in your brand?
Literally nowhere on your product description pages do you specify which trimmer model comes in the set, so that buyers can make an informed decision.
The only place I found it was deep inside your support site, within the UK Declaration of Conformity certificate, that MG9720 = MG7745 (trimmer) + QP2530-Z (OneBlade).
Again, expected better.

The product is great and it has great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi :-) At the outset, I would like to say that the product Philips Multigroom series 9000 12-in-1, Face, Hair and Body is the best I could only dream of. Both razors are very good to hold and do not slip, which makes shaving even better. I did not expect One Blade to shave so perfectly and to the skin :-) it is really great !!! In the second one, I really like the trimmer set because you can work wonders with them. They are really very good razors, in addition, the battery lasts a very long time and shaves quickly. Do you know that one charge is enough for a very long time!

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I used professional clippers to cut my hair and beard. I ran an extension lead into the bathroom to sort out my hair and beard, something that I was not exactly comfortable about. Bathrooms and extension leads are not a good combination.Eventually I found this All-in-One Trimmer that cut my hair brilliantly and were cordless. The clippers are just what I was looking for. They dealt with my beard with ease. I tried cutting my hair and they will get that job done too.I like this product and am very happy to have found a grooming set that can deal with my beard for not long.

Good quality and versatile product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, the secondary close shave tool is excellent and provides a quicker alternative to a standard razor, very useful for those who close shave part of their neck to shape the beard. The comb attachment to this tool is also useful as it allows a consistent beard length for harder to reach areas. Love the main shaver too, the length adjustment attachment is far better than what comes with alternative brands. There is not an option for 0.5mm increments but In my experience this is usually a pointless feature. This also includes a nose hair trimmer so this product covers all grooming needs. Also comes with a small drawstring bag meaning its easy to take away with you.

Completely broke after less than a year
I had this for about 8 months, then it started to randomly turn itself on and now it doesn’t power on or charge. waste of money.

Excellent allrounder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the 5 star rating because I have been using the multi groom for a month now I use it nearly every day I haven’t cut myself once and I have used it on every part of my body even my partner used it on my back and she was well impressed with how fast it is at getting rid of hair the one razor that is added with groomer has impressed me how good it is at doing my beard leaves a very smooth finish and I’ve never used water always dry shaved with it brilliant product and the battery lasts ages I haven’t recharged either of them yet I would recommend this to anyone.

Truly Amazing! The best razor I have every used!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great product! The build and design of the razors is sleek and well built. Does not feel plastic nor cheap and feels like a quality pieces of kit. The main razor works incredibly well and trims my beard without pulling or snagging. The nasal trimmer works well and also works as expected in ear. The battery life is good and does not take too long to charge. I have used other multigroom razors in the past, however, since using the Philips Multigroom series 9000 12-in-1, I wont be going back! The smaller razors is also good, however, when using it without attachments, it does not cut as short as I hoped. The attachments come in useful and provide a good cut. That said, it is a great addon for the main razor. Very impressed.

All in one trimmer
This is now the second Phillips multi groom after the battery on my original died. The only irritating complaint I have with the new one is the position of the on off switch which is positioned on the ergonomic part of the trimmer that you would hold. Every time I use it I manage to switch it off at least three times!
