Easy slicing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric carving knife is a classic yet effective design.
It makes carving a breeze allowing you to enjoy your meal. It is easy to hold, disassemble’s in a couple of seconds to clean and can cut with precision. I found it possible to cut with one hand, however to get thinner slices, holding the meat with a fork is an effective approach.
When not in use it, can be returned to its box and there is a guard for the cutting blades, for safety.
I’d recommend this to anyone who has a regular Sunday dinner, or a big Christmas meal. It really does make carving so much easier and quicker.

Bad bad buy!
I bought this at Christmas and had issues with it from first use! I actually mailed the manufacturer with no response! Absolutely useless for carving meat! I only put a star because I have to!

Effortless carving - perfect for Sunday roasts!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Russell Hobbs electric carving knife and it definitely makes light work of slicing through roast meats and crusty bread. It’s easy to handle, saves a lot of effort compared to a standard carving knife, and gives nice even slices. The design is simple and straightforward — not fancy, but it does the job well. It’s a little noisy (as most electric knives are), but nothing too bothersome. Overall, a handy gadget to have in the kitchen, especially for Sunday roasts or big family meals.

Handy cutting tool for food
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carving Knife is mainly for Sunday roasts and it’s actually been a really useful little gadget. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and the electric blade makes carving so much smoother – especially with meat that usually falls apart or gets hacked to bits with a normal knife. The trigger is simple to use, and the blades come off easily for cleaning, which is a bonus. It’s not something I’d use every day, but for the price, it’s definitely worth having around when you need it.

Wow! This Russell Hobbs carving knife is amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Russell Hobbs carving knife is amazing! Firstly once opening the box I thought the knife was blunt and wouldn't work very well. But, to my surpise it was the total opposite. Once it was set up and ready to use I was shocked at just how well this worked. It literally carved like it was cutting through room temp butter. The knifes even detached for easy cleaning too. I'm delighted at how well this has worked and would 100% recommend this product!

Loved it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time owning one of these kind of products and I am loving it! Took it away on our trip to the caravan as it’s really light and compact. The knife part just clicks into place before use and then there’s a button to release it for cleaning. Really easy to use with the press of the top button and away i went cutting through a joint of pork. I didn’t have to apply pressure it just worked its magic, though I didn’t try applying pressure to see if it helped cut through any better ( didn’t really notice the difference). Once finished I clicked the button just above where the knife part clicks in to release it and it washed up great. Packed away back in it’s little box ready for the next joint of meat to use it on. Can’t wait to use it at Christmas!
