Pleased with my purchase
The breadmaker has performed very well so far. I have adapted the recipes a little, on the basis of my experience with previous breadmakers, and I have also found that it's easy to make a smaller loaf by reducing quantities of ingredients by 25%: the cooking cycle for 'Medium' still works fine for a smaller size when required. The non-stick pan is great, and easy to clean. I'm delighted that when the cooked loaf is removed, the paddle stays in the tin and not in the loaf.
I chose this equipment because spares parts are available when I need them, so it should last me for years, making it excellent value for money.

Has beaten all my expectations!
I bought our breadmaker around a month ago, after dithering for quite some time. Didn't want to end up with another "back of cupboard" gadget (along with the popcorn maker, chocolate fountain etc), Wanted great tasting bread, with no additives, and an easy to use machine. So far, having used the bread maker pretty much every day, have been more than delighted with the results! Consistently good shape & colour, great taste and a cinch to use. Have baked white,wholemeal and rye bread, plus brioche, fruit loaf & pizza dough. all spot on! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend & now a must have in our house!

Hand made bread was great when I was a bit younger but a bit more of a chore now I’m a certain age so I’ve been looking at bread makers for ages and finally decided on this model partly because I’ve always used Panasonic microwaves and been very impressed. Having spent a couple of weeks admiring the look of the machine on my worktop and feeling slightly nervous (😁) yesterday I finally threw caution to the winds, took a deep breath and made my first loaf. Wow is my reaction !! I am in bread heaven. The 2510 is easy to use, quiet and efficient and has produced a loaf as good as I could want without any of the hard work from me. It has the Panasonic quality I expected and I just wish I’d bought this years ago. Brilliant piece of equipment. 😍😍

Would highly recommend
Bought to replace an old Panasonic bread maker which I had for around six years. Very pleased I chose another Panasonic as I had always been happy with my previous one. Very easy to use and makes lovely bread!

Disappointing quality of bread
I have had Panasonic breadmakers for many years. This one produces very different bread, a poor rise and a very open texture of bread. I use the same ingredients including flour which produced superb bread in the previous machine.. I have also tried a new packet of yeast too with the same results. I use the bread maker 3 or 4 times per week and none of the bread has been acceptable. Using the dough programme to make rolls produces bread with poor rise and an open texture. The results using Matthew's Cotswold flour obtained using the offer from Panasonic produces the same results even after strictly following the recipe in the book provided with the flour. This is by far the worse bread maker I have had, I'll persevere with it for another few weeks but likely I will have to retire it and look to replace it with a machine that can produce reliable results. Formerly I was an avid supporter of Panasonic Breadmakers but this experience is making it hard to recommend their product.

Not happy with my machine
I bought this model in October after having had three other models similar to this model over the last 15 years. I have been extremely pleased with all previous Panasonic bread makers purchased but this one does not produce a good rise and therefore the texture is far too dense.
I have not used for a month where with my old ones I was making at least three loaves a week. I’m reluctant to keep try to get a decent loaf
Very disappointing.

Another great Breadmaker from Panasonic
Bought this to replace my last Panasonic breadmaker which I’d had for over 10 years- it was the pan which I couldn’t replace, so a newer model was necessary. It’s another great machine,makes very good bread and is quiet. Very pleased with my purchase. The only slight quibble is the controls are on the top- I am not a tall person and have to stand on tiptoe to read them.

Easier controls
This replaces my very old SD257 model. The bread pan and kneading blade are exactly the same but there is no additional rye bread blade. The controls are easier to use than on the old model. The recipe/ instruction book has many fewer recipes than the old book. There is no seed / nut dispenser on this model. It bakes bread just as well as the old model which is very well. It’s a bit taller than SD257.
