Disappointed
I bought this just over 2 years ago from John Lewis as my first food processor, relying on the Bosch reputation for quality and because it had the range of attachments I was looking for. Unfortunately now, having binned it, I can see here I am not alone in experiencing what happened. The interlocking design for the main bowl seems to rely on a small piece of plastic which can break off, as happened to me, and others. Fortunately I used it for a while before my failure - others not so lucky. Apart from this one fundamental issue, it really is a great product. I would buy it again, were it not for this design flaw. I would have expected better from Bosch.

Blender jug lid
The processor looks very nice and results from it were good.
One critisism is that the blender jug lid is very hard for me to remove and press onto the jug, so a screw-on lid would have been better.
The booklet with the processor was hard to follow as it has 8 fold-up diagram pages at the front, then the explanation of the symbols of the parts was three pages inside the booklet. It wasn't easy to follow. Also, the paper quality of the booklet was very poor and will soon get torn so I think Bosch could have produced a better booklet considering the price of the processor.

Bosch MultiTalent food processor
The food processor seems OK so far. I just hope it stands the test of time. However, why on earth a machine that is supposed to be a quality product comes with such a very poor quality instruction manual, I don't know.
It's printed on such poor quality paper, in grey and white, and the information is very hard to understand. Bosch, you really have let yourself down on that.
I'm trawling YouTube to try and fathom what blade/disc does what, and I really shouldn't have to.
It probably all seems easy to understand to you, but then it's a familiar product for you, whereas it's my first food processor so it's very puzzling.

VERY GOOD COMPACT BLENDER
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this blender for 3 years and its very good. I use the blender for emulsions mainly, I don't use the grinder much but it produces a fairly fine powder for cooking. The food processor is good for slicing and grating moderate quantities, and i often use the plastic blade for quick bread doughs etc. It is a fairly small machine, but more than enough for a small household and the occasional bigger party. As for bits breaking off; it never happened to me and I'm pretty rough with all my kitchen equipment. Maybe i got lucky.

Really unclear instructions
I'm surprised in 2020 that a kitchen appliance like this still comes with instructions that are so unclear. Could you have some quick start videos on your Youtube channel perhaps? I had a look, but all I could find is some videos for an old model.

Broken part
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do cooking lessons, and I use this food processor every day. It has been a workhorse, and the best processor I have ever used. Unfortunately, someone put the bowl on incorrectly, and broke off the piece that engages, to turn the processor on. So the motor is still going strong, but it won't work, and I can't find a replacement piece on the site.
I highly recommend this product, but the part I use most is no longer functioning.... :(

Misleading ad - Does not have 50+ features!!
The product description is misleading. It claims 50+ features, however on receipt of the product I discovered it has less than 20. The list of included accessories is also misleading. For example, I was expecting it to come with a whisk attachment - this is not included. Due to the limited functionality I returned the item and due to their misleading advertising I will avoid purchasing Bosch products in the future.

Small and mighty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great compact food processor with comprehensive selection of attachments. Quality is, you would epect from Bosch, excellent and this is a sturdy, compact food processor at a great price. I have been most impressed with the kneading hook, making it easy and fun to make dough with my little boy whilst baking in lockdown! Very easy to clean and, once I worked out how to pack it correctly, all the attachments fit inside the bowl neatly for easy storage - perfect for small kitchens.
