No instructions
Although this a first rate product, it is let down by the fact that there no instructions for use anywhere on the actual product or the packaging, necessitating a plunge into to interweb to find best practice of use. Come on Russell hobbs surely it's not rocket science to include instructions either within the packaging or via a peel back product label......

My kettle looks brand new
I didn’t realise the instructions were on the back as the website I bought from didn’t state this. Just used it, ended up leaving it about half an hour and results are excellent all limescale in kettle removed

Excellent product
Excellent product I have tried a few different products. Without success that’s why I purchased a new kettle. Used the cleaner on my old kettle and it is now like new. My new kettle is now in reserve.
