Perfect coffee machine!
It is a brilliant coffee machine. From beans to cup, with exact amount coffee grinding, foamy and creamy milk and endless choices. Once you get how you like your coffee, then you can save it for next time. It comes with some servicing tools. When we first put it on we watched the video and that was very helpful .It is very stylish in my kitchen. We are becoming our own professional barista. Digital screen allows you to create your own coffee step by step. No mess around and very fast machine. My children have their own hot chocolate now, it is much more nicer now. Coffees are so nicely made. Very satisfying coffee machine. Easy to use after following instructions.

Game changer!
I love this Sage coffee machine! It’s changed my life. Sounds dramatic and it is but I do mean it.
The coffee is amazing although choosing the right beans makes a difference however, it’s the ease of use and quality of the coffee that helps make this a five star review.
I decided to look into a coffee machine when we moved from living in the town centre to a rural village in Norfolk which meant getting a coffee was a challenge. In the end, I mad the decision to treat myself to a bean to cup machine and did a lot of research. This one came out top within my price range and it’s proved to be worth its weight in gold.

You will not be disappointed
Bought 4 weeks ago and I’m novice regarding tampering , this machine takes all the guess work out and just tells you what to do how to adjust the grind size to make the perfect coffee drink of your choice , no issues at all so far and the build quality is good and the only slightly negative issue is that you seem to use a lot water and have fill the tanks up a bit often and but the quality of the coffee drinks made is very good and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a a great coffee machine with less fuss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was so excited to get the opportunity to try this machine as wanted a new coffee machine.
The machine is amazing and so easy to use once you have it all setup.
Positive:
The tamping feature is great
The accessory it comes with are great (water hardness strips, cleaning tablets, cleaning disk and many more things)
It’s not to big
Touchscreen is very responsive
How quick it heats up
Auto milk and hand free soo a great feature
Negative:
It’s takes abit of time setting up
The milk wand is very close to the coffee but
Apart from this I love it and enjoy having a nice coffee.

Poor water heating system but otherwise a well-designed machine
Purchased the Touch Impress in September 2023. Very clever and effective tamping system that measures coffee dose. Makes good latte's using the steam wand, but not very good americano's and the like. The Thermojet heating system in our machine was unable to heat water above about 65C. After 6 months of trying various combinations, we called in the engineer, who replaced the heating system, to no avail. I got the impression that heating water to the temperatures required for brewing, or generating decently hot americano's, was unlikely to be achieved using the Thermojet system, so we sent the machine back. It's a great little machine, but the water heating system has to be better than this!

Great do it all machine, but enables control if you want it...
What am amazing coffee machine! I can choose to let it do it all and get perfect coffee, or I can adjust it's setting and do some more. Can go entirely manual if I want. Meanwhile it produces reliably great coffee. It does a variety of recipes and allows you to edit and save your own. I consistently get better coffee than I do from a high street cafe. It also does the milk, whatever type of milk you prefer any way you want. But again allows you to do it manually if you want. So no matter where you are on your "coffee journey," it meets you thete. Providing I use good quality fresh roast on date beans. I can highly recommend.

Nice machine, but it’s no good
We have had two of these machines, both had the same issues, the main problem is they are not able to express the coffee at a suitable temperature.
Single shot Espresso’s are cold, and doubles only lukewarm.
It is a shame as the concept, the touch screen and the milk preparation are all decent.
However it is a coffee machine and its Espresso’s are appalling.
Suggest you invest with a better product.

Completely broke after 3 years of using.
Got completely broke after 3 years of using. The water pump and the heating element both need to be replaced. I’ve been making not more than 2/3 coffees a day, it’s been descaled and cleaned on time. I am loyal sage customer and have spend a small fortune on sage appliances, this one is my biggest disappointed. Anyway, if you like easy, quickly made, with no mess after coffee, don’t buy this one. You will have the same results with a good brand automatic one espresso machine.
