Cappuccino and quieter machine pleases partner
Ultimately I was delighted by the machine I chose to replace a 10-year old comparable DeLonghi machine. The first machine I received was replaced after I discovered the milk carafe had a poor connection to the main machine. This was exchanged without fuss by Harvey Norman after a phone call with DeLonghi attempting to identify I really had a problem. The setting up seems a bit cumbersome initially because of lack of familiarity but it is, in fact, straight forward. The cappuccino is very pleasing. I haven't made an adjustment of delivered volume just yet but the instructions are clear enough. The new machine is quieter than the 10-year old machine and that pleases my wife no end.

Brilliant machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to be able to test this product, albeit I don't drink much coffee! A little daunting once out the box to figure out, as never used one before but so easy once you know how. One touch buttons are great, a lot of different options & can adjust the strength to make the perfect coffee ☕
Favourite feature so far has to be the option of just hot water & milk frother as kids love their hot chocolate.
A few more weeks of trial & error on my part trialling different types of coffee/cappuccino/latte etc & I'm sure I'll find the perfect hot drink for me 😊

Perfection, elegance, pure cup of coffee heaven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to set up - took me 10 - 15minutes including reading the instructions. It has four super quick button options (cappuccino, expresso, coffee and hot water) but you can also make latte and other options (latte I made so many of today!!) It’s so simple to use - fill the milk/frother part with the required amount for the coffee you’re making (it tells you how much) filll the top with coffee beans, select your strength.. press the selected option and your off!! What you get is the most amazing cup of coffee that even coffee shops would struggle to compete with and you get all this in the comfort of your own home. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect coffee , a lot of settings that give you the option to choose your perfect blend, temperature. Very easy to use. The instructions are clear and barcode with videos attached. large water container, it’s a big plus. Options to make two coffees even better. The automatic blue flashing light after making coffee reminds you about cleaning after use if very helpful. Milk container lasts for 2 large coffee and can be taken off and store in fridge. Only thing the machine is a bit loud when grinding beans. In one word - I love it

Very good coffee machine
Love the coffee machine, very easy to install, 4 different settings: capucino, espresso, long and hot water, cleans itself after each coffee made, doesn't take a lot of space, and is silently than other coffee machines that I saw on my friends! Plus, the coffee tastes better from the beans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect cup of cappuccino!! I can now also get rid of my kettle and have just one machine for my tea, coffee and cappuccino. Touch pad so very easy to use. Auto froths the milk. Red light for when the water is empty, when the coffee tray needs emptying etc. Generous drip tray. Reminds you to clean the milk nozzle after each turn (just hit the button and its done). Auto cleans the coffee nozzles when you turn it off and when it's turned on. Amazing machine.

Excellent coffee machine
Superb machine, exactly what I need. Super easy to use, it's pretty much ready to go out of the box, but it took me some 200 grams of coffee beans to fulky customize the way I want my coffee.
