This service was below the standard I expected. My parents are in their mid 70’s and I had arranged for a washer and dryer to be delivered to their house. The driver wasn’t friendly and didn’t help them move the units. He also only took the dryer as he didn’t want to wait while my elderly parents got the washing machine out of the house. He advised he would organise for another driver to pick it up. This didn’t happen and 2 days later I had to call the store again to arrange a second pick up. Thankfully this was at no extra cost and the person in store was apologetic. There was no help with installation of the units either so don’t expect that.

I was so happy with the service I received, my washing machine broke on Christmas eve i went onto Harvey's Norman website lots of choices for your every need, prices very affordable, i could've believe it i had my new machine within four days evening thoe it was the Christmas period, i received a call on the day it was being delivered none of this sitting around for your delivery, the delivery guy says what time he will deliver and by god he is here at that time, delivery guy very envisioned in with the new and out with the old nothing to much for him and very polite. I would recommend Harvey Norman for, quality, price and how professional they are .

APPLIANCE REMOVAL
Probably the rudest delivery guys ever to cross our door. Insistent that they phoned me and left a voicemail that morning, which they did not. He kept on arguing with me over it. They both had no masks and when my husband asked them one guy came back inside and was verbally abusive about having to wear it. Pretty unacceptable way to act in someone else’s home. We had an issue with the fridge size so we phoned the store. David in HN was extremely helpful and said he would contact them to return. He was told they were in Wicklow at that stage. That’s some driving from Kildare to Wicklow in 6 minutes. Bottom line I’d order from HN again but the logistics company are nowhere near the standard they should be.

Very Poor service Will be shopping local from now on
After paying for delivery and removal the delivery guy could not take the old appliance it was catching on the flooring but said he would pick it up next time he was in the area if I got it unstuck. Now Harvey Norman are ignoring my requests, when I rang I was told I would be charged AGAIN, it’s been over two weeks I am stuck with an old washing machine taking up space I have no hope of moving to recycling myself. Will definitely be shopping local in future, very very poor service.

Excellent Delivery Service
Best delivery experience Ive had in a long time. Delivered within a week of purchasing online. turned up on the day at the time given. Delivering and removing a washing machine which was located on the upper floor of the house. Theachine been taken away was much larger then the replacement but using rugs they were able to take the machine down the stairs without any damage to floors or walls. Well done to the guys involved they made it look easy in the end.

Highly recommend the product and Harvey Norman
I bought a tumble dryer online and it was delivered quicker than expected. The delivery drivers could not have been nicer or more helpful. As a person with a disability I really appreciated their patience and assistance with the delivery and the removal of the old appliance as this would have been very difficult to organise.
I am totally happy with the new dryer - it is so much more energy efficient and so much quieter than the old one.

Quick and hassle-free service!
The removal of my old appliance was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, were friendly and careful when taking the appliance out, making sure not to damage any walls or flooring. Everything was done quickly and without any mess left behind. It made the whole delivery and installation process so much easier. Highly recommended if you’re replacing an old unit!

Removal of old appliance
It was excellent to have my old appliance removed and taken away. I did not have to worry about what to do with, because it is a large appliance, if you have the option for removal of old appliance definitely accept it. Harvey norman staff removed my old fridge and inserted the new fridge freezer. They took all the packaging and anything relating to the old fridge. I had nothing to do except fill up my new fridge.
