Damaged item
Received the chair it was damaged, contacted customer service, even contacted the store, contacted through facebook and instagram, finally had to call the Tallaght store got offered €25 off the chair or a replacement, requested a replacement then they advised we don't want the old chair back dispose of it how you wish, what am I going to do with a damaged chair take it to the dump and pay for it to be disposed of? costing me more money, let's hope the new chair isn't damaged when it finally arrives! Cause I will be very very unhappy, don't think I would use Harvey Norman again!
