It is built with solid painted fir wood that is long-lasting and safe for animals. An asphalt roof keeps your furry friends away from outside weather elements. Raised perch keeps your small animals safe, dry and warm, especially on rainy days. Both sides are equipped with the ramp, so your pet can easily enter the raised housing area. Designed for simple maintenance, it contains a removable dropping tray for easy cleaning. The outdoor run with durable fencing wiring ensures sufficient ventilation and keeps pet in and predators out. Lockable doors protect your pets and allow you to easily take them in and out.
The hutch is easy to assemble with all necessary hardware included. Important note: We recommend you placing the rabbit cage under shelter. Accordingly, it will last a longer life.

Subject: Urgent: Request for Refund and Complaint Regarding Faulty Rabbit Hutch
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request a refund regarding a rabbit hutch I ordered from you on 18/04/25, at a cost of €205.99. The item was delivered on 24/04/25.
While I have purchased similar hutches before, I was immediately struck by the noticeably flimsy quality of this particular product. Despite this, my brother—who is a qualified cabinetmaker—assembled it, and I proceeded to house my rabbits in it.
I am devastated to report that one of my rabbits, a cherished pet of five years, has escaped due to the poor quality of this hutch and is now missing. This has caused me considerable distress.
I firmly believe the hutch is not fit for purpose, and I am requesting a full refund. I also urge you to reconsider offering this product for sale to prevent other pet owners from experiencing a similar tragedy.
If required, I am willing to provide photographs of the hutch as evidence.
I look forward to your prompt response.
