Broke after 2 weeks and bad customer service
The two beds on the top started to tilt to side not long after we got this. There were 2 cats using the tower, both domestic short hairs of a normal weight. After about two weeks one of the beds fell off and the next day the second one fell off. I emailed customer service 1 week ago and haven’t received any response, even a confirmation that they received my message. Bad product and bad customer service.
