I inherited a cat from a lady who went into a nursing home. Puddy is a Senior Cat, and although I'd never had a pet before, we get along very well, her sharing my home and us both getting on with our lives more or less independently. However, I'd noticed recently that Puddy was having some difficulty climbing in and out through a low window which allowed her to come and go as she pleased. Believing that cats are also entitled to independent living, I researched and found a solution in these steps.
Not alone is Puddy delighted to use them for access, but she enjoys lying on them watching the world go by, as they are covered in a soft, warm carpet.
We are both pleased now, as she is a semi-outdoor cat, so I can leave her with din-dins ready and go out without worry.
