The PetSafe Smart Door allows you to control your pet’s access. When set to automatic mode, only your pets wearing the Smart Key can pass through the Smart Door. As your pet enters the range of the Smart Door, the Smart Door detects the Smart Key and unlocks automatically. The range is adjustable up to 91 centimetres. After your pet passes through the Smart Door, the door will lock automatically helping to keep the house pets in and outdoor animals out. Your pet deserves the best.   4. Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
  5. Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
  6. If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
