A nice surprise gift for grown ups
I bought this Lego Kingfisher as a gift for my partner and she spent an enjoyable day making it. This was her first time ever making a Lego set, as her childhood experience of Lego was a huge box of bricks, constructed with imagination, rather than instructions. Her verdict: Enjoyable and glad she tried it, but she'll reckons she still prefers jigsaws.

This is a brilliant set. The Kingfisher is a perfect addition to the icon sets. I will be leaving it built on my sideboard so I can admire it. It was a very enjoyable build.
