Overpriced and poor quality
This product is of poor quality and is overpriced. The "solid" wooden base is light, cheap wood. The exact same stand is available from an online retailer for €15. I don't expect HN to match this price but €39.99 is a shocking price to ask of customers. The customer service advisor I dealt with by email was dismissive, unsympathetic and "unable" to offer anything by way of a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. It also took two weeks to arrive as it was shipped from Germany. No one wants to return as a customer when this is how they're treated.
