The pool cleaning set from Bestway consists of one manual pool bottom vacuum cleaner with a reusable debris bag, a lightweight pole and a mesh pool skimmer.
It is suitable for swimming pools (that are not equipped with pump) with a maximum diameter of 366 cm. The included pool skimmer has a durable mesh netting. You can just connect the manual vacuum to the garden hose, which supplies the pressure for picking up the dirt, and this is collected in the supplied debris bag.

If this was a better quality product it would be outstanding, the "net thing" works really well so did the pool vac attachment until it broke. In short great design very very poor quality materials and production didn't take a note of where it was made but surpasses China for cheap plastic rubbish. Still using the net until it brakes.

Pointless purchase
Doesn't clean the pool and is really awkward to use. Also the net mesh is too tight you can't drag it through the water
