Received defective item from third party
If I'd known it was coming from a third party, I never would've purchased. Item was defective and returning was a hassle. HN wouldnt give appropriate address, but eventually was collected by courier. Even though i explicitly requested a refund, 3rd party twice reshipped. I complained and eventually got the refund. This company has some dubious business practices.
