For best results, use printmaking inks like Akua Intaglio, Akua Liquid Pigment, Speedball Block Printing Inks, or Speedball Screen Printing Inks. Avoid traditional acrylic paint, but oil-based paints and slow-drying acrylic paints can be used - just be careful not to let the paint dry on the plate.
Speedball Gel Printing Plates are easy to clean and maintain. Simply use soap & water or baby wipes for water-based inks, and baby oil for oil-based inks. Keep your plates in good condition to ensure they continue to produce stunning prints.
