The One by Dolce & Gabbana is an amber floral fragrance for women. An oriental floral-fruity fragrance that is warm and sensual with an added dose of feminity and freshness. The fragrance opens with fresh mandarin, bergamot, litchi and peach. The heart is thin and balmy, with the notes of jasmine, lily of the valley and white lily which graciously intertwines with the fruity touch of plum. The woodsy-powdery base is created of vetiver root, amber, musk and vanilla.

Successful woman
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a perfume that is great to wear. I feel confident in them and they fit me perfectly. I can boldly say that thanks to them I am more beautiful and smiling.
The first fragrance is lilies - sweet and soft. Another blast is peaches and lychees.
The fragrance is feminine, sensual and surprising.
My lovely vanilla is also showing up. In combination with the lily, it becomes beautiful, blissful and seductive.
The One - perfectly balanced sweetness.
It is impossible to pass by someone who smells like a million dollars! the smell lasts even a few days on clothes.

Good date night scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been hoping to try The One for a while now and had heard good things. I was delighted to receive a sample to try.
I found the scent to be more towards the musky end of the scale and I wasn't personally getting any hint of fruitiness which is a shame as I prefer my perfumes to be a bit fruitier and fresher in smell. On the plus side it wasn't overpowering as some perfumes can be, quite the opposite in fact. It was almost too subtle and can only really smell the fragrance when up close, great for a date night! Overall I personally wouldn't rush out to buy this but friends have said they would. As with everything it comes down to personal choice.

The One Eau De Parfum by Dolce & Gabbana
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the perfume sample exactly a week ago,however I am surprised I received it as the box had it's tape ripped and was open.
I have used the sample in the evening as it smells more of an evening perfume,smells a little heavy to wear in the day.
The small sample has lasted all week, yes I do like the perfume, I am not too sure of the ingredients,but I thought,maybe a little musk,vanilla,floral and also honey.
I could be totally wrong, but the perfume lasts for ages.
I am pleased I was picked to test the one eau de parfum by Dolce & Gabbana as I really do like the perfume, my Birthday is in a few months time,so I just might have to treat myself!

The One - but not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this sample as I am usually a fan of Dolce and Gabbana scents.
As soon as I sprayed it, the aroma was overwhelming. I used the same amount as I would any other perfume.
I thought that the strength of the smell would fade but the one plus of this perfume is that it is long lasting!
It is a dense, full bodied perfume that reminded me of cigarette smoke. It did not suit me at all but it is possible that it just did not work for me but others would love it.

A dark sensual developing fragrance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a few moments after spraying for the scent to develop, you then get a lovely deep floral scent which would be ideal for a night out but may be a bit dark for day to day wear. The fragrance does appear to change in tone throughout wearing it and remains a pleasant scent but unfortunately on me did not last the full day so would mark it down slightly for its lasting power. Otherwise I did enjoy trying this scent but it failed to get any comments from other people.

Smells amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell gives off a classic but clean floral vibe without the "disinfectant" smell. It has a mature but fresh and youthful feel. I would recommend wearing this in the evening but you can definitely get away with wearing this during the day as well. If you want a good in between of fresh and floral but an evening and sultry aesthetic, this is IT. Amazing perfume, and great value for money as perfume nowadays is so expensive!

Passes the husband test; but not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well this perfume passes the husband test, he loved the smell and thought it was really nice.
But me personally, I didn’t like the combinations of scents. It felt very old lasy’ish.
We both agreed that once sprayed the scent didn’t last on the soy very long at all and would feel a waste of money to purchase this.
Overall I wouldn’t be buying it, but as my husband has proven it really is a personal preference.

Long lasting scent but not for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfume lasted on my skin and clothes a very long time which is want you want when purchasing high end branded perfume.
Unfortunately for me the smell wasn’t suited for myself. It reminded me of an Incense stick smell which is nice when relaxing but not as an Oder of perfume. I won’t be purchasing this one, but disappointed as I do love a lot of the other perfumes this brand do.
