The screw-caps have star bolts to make sure that the weight plates are always mounted firmly on the bar. The 16 dumbbell plat" are covered with robust plastic, which will reduce the annoying clanging noises.
With 8 barbell plates, the included barbell set features a total weight of 60 kg. The star shaped screw collars ensure the weights stay in place.
