Strike lucky with this freestanding boxing punch bag from Homcom. It is fitted with three powerful shock absorption springs, which allows the bag to spring back into place, every time - giving you an effective and full work out. The bag is firm yet won't harm you for safety. A large base keeps the balance when in use, with 12 suction cups to keep in place on the ground. The base can also be filled with water or sand, making it heavy when full and easy to carry around when empty. It's finished with a cool red and black symbol design all over.
