Eco-Friendly Safe Weight Plates and Bars:
Plastic-coated weight plates are environmentally friendly and odorless. The barbell was tested by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with the REACH regulation (EU No. 1907/2006), test period: Aug. 24th, 2017 - Sep. 4th. 2017, the test result is passed. Test report no.: 1160038677a 001.
Various Possible Variations:
the weight discs can be freely combined and easily increased or reduced (you can set the weights of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 kg as you wish).
Length of the Barbell:
35cm, diameter of the barbell: 3cm, barbell 2.5kg each.

Whether in the gym or at home, you can use dumbbells for muscle building training of biceps, shoulders and chest.
Songmics Notes:
Before using the dumbbells, you should apply anti-rust oil to the surface.
For safety reasons, do not store the dumbbells in high places where they could roll down.
Children are not allowed to play with the dumbbells.
Carefully put down the dumbbells after exercise to avoid injury.
