This ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 15kg. The dumbbells have anti-slip plastic handles so you will be able to work-out without having to worry that the dumbbells will slip from your hands and fall. The screw-caps have star bolts to make sure that the weight plates are always mounted firmly and secure on the bar. The bar of the dumbbell is made of strong metal.
The grip surface is approx. 14.5cm. The weight plates are covered with robust, floor-friendly plastic, this allows you not to experience any annoying clanging sounds of the weights.
