I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 on 24th June from Trafford Centre, Manchester. Since then, this issue has happened several times: while sending emails or performing other tasks, the screen suddenly freezes and remains unresponsive even if I exit and return to the application.
I have recorded a video of the problem and I am attaching it to this email for your review. Please let me know if you need any further information from me.
I would be grateful if you could advise me on the next steps, as I am concerned about the performance of my new device. I look forward to hearing from you.

the best phone Samsung can offer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre ordered this as a birthday present for myself and fell in love as soon as I opened it. The physical design of the phone is gorgeous. I'm still amazed as how thin it is compared to my old S21. The camera quality is pristine and I love the feature that allows you to use the rear camera to take selfies. I am still yet to fully test the performance but it seems good enough to handle anything i put to it. I would say my only disappointment would be the S pen support being removed. I would have loved to be able to get one to use it on this beast of a phone but Samsung knows what they're doing I guess.

I regret it!
I got the Fold 7 on the 22nd of July. I smart switched from Fold 6 to 7. That is the longest time I used the Fold 7. After that, I put it back in my phone pouch. Every day I would look at it and admire how thin it is. But upon looking on the 3rd day, I noticed that it was not fully flat when I unfolded it. For a phone this expensive, it shouldn't have this kind of issue. I don't like the replacement journey. It was a hassle and overwhelming. I should not have ordered the Fold 7; my Fold 6 is a year old now and some days, and it is still flat when unfolded. I regret buying the fold 7.

Design and build quality is amazing. Feels premium and strong. This time, samsung was not compromised in both the aspects. Hinge is improved. Now, it's smoother and sturdier then before.
Display is good. Great for both work and movies. Both screens support 120Hz and looks colorful.
Performance is smooth and faster
Camera quality as Galaxy S series – sharp and detailed. Good for videos and photos in daylight. Takes great selfies using the rear camera and cover screen.
Software is smoother now
Negatives
Front screen is still bit narrow.
Cameras bit have been improved a bit.

Slim lig design - impressive fold screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slim design of this device feels light to hold. The performance seems good, everything opens quickly. Camera is also good quality. The display sometimes looks a bit dull when using the larger screen but that might be my settings. I do miss the S Pen but am managing without it. I used to like it when I could use the s pen to make a quick note. Shame the battery life isn't longer as I do find i am charging it up every day, but it does last a full day and im using the device a lot. I had the S24 previously and found that to be a good phone but I prefer the design with the Fold screen better.

It has built in protection against scratches which makes you be able to be comfortable having your phone without a case. It also had two cameras that have three settings to allow you to take pictures from all angles. It's very light weighted which is great because no one wants to carry around a heavy phone! This phone has high battery life that can last you 24 hours before needing to charge again! This phone launches apps quickly and smoothly. This is the perfect phone for anyone looking for long lasting, reliable, and smart phone!

Incredible slim phone that does it all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the galaxy fold 7 for 2 weeks now. I must say it is the best phone l have ever owned. It is very thin but remarkably strong so l have no fear of opening and closing the phone.
All the apps work like a dream with the front phone screen now a perfect size for doing most of your daily jobs while l use the larger screen for watching movies and YouTube.
So far the battery lasts most of the day with normal use, as the new micro chip needs less power to run the system. Finally the camera has produced amazing photos and with the help of Ai you can achieve fantastic results every time.

Amazing Phone!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from an S23 ultra, my first Folding phone, I am more than pleased. The reviews online do not do this phone justice or just how thin and incredible the engineering is. The phone has great performance and I've got no concerns with the battery, seems solid, simialr battery life to my S23 ultra (in terms of usage, and i use the full screen a lot).The display is amazing, I believe it's OLED and the black bars are not noticeable. When indoors, I can't even tell the phone has a crease! The camera isn't quite as good as the S23 ultra, but realistically I don't need the full 100x zoom.
