Love the phone
I was delighted with the speed with which the phone was dispatched to me, and in a safe way - it was not to be left with a neighbour, had to be with the addressee. However I was very disappointed that I was to be charged 30 Euro for the transfer of all the info from my old phone to the new one. I would have expected this to be free for this valuable purchase.
