Great filters.
I have been using these filters for years and they certainly keep my electric kettle cleaner. The water has no chemical taste and it is good to know that the filters remove some harmful chemicals.

Excellent product
I bought the water jug filters a few weeks ago, all-in-pro
They are excellent and enable me to have a nice clean cup of water and tea/coffee.
But I have a problem with BRITA , I ask for a box of 6 filters only, and to my surprise you delivered 2 boxes of 6 filters, and charged me twice, I phoned the company explaining the problem. The guy from Brita was hopeless, kept fogging me off saying it my fault.
His manners were awful, and I SHALL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THE COMPANY “BRITA” ever again.

Been using on regular basis since they were introduced. Removes particles and the fluoride taste and smell. Living in a very hard water area the water is still on the hard side and lime scale build up occurs over time. Have tried the new limescale filters but do not like the taste of the water using them although lime scale build up is almost non existent. Have reverted to these.

You can see and taste the difference!
We purchased a kettle with water filter built in as we live in hard water area and decided we’d had enough of the skin your tea would develop…. From the first cup to the very last one of the filter there is no skin on the water… it tastes so much nicer too. I don’t know why I haven’t invested in a water filter jug or kettle years ago! Game changer

Very poor filter
I purchased one of these water filters to improve the water for our tea it only lasted 2 weeks then we started to get terrible quality water with what looked like slime left in the cup, Brita said it's 4 weeks of good quality water but we got about 2 weeks terrible and so expensive for such poor quality

I am not very happy
In general, everything seems to be fine, but it cleans only averagely. At the same time, after cleaning, the water is clear, after cleaning, if you boil the water, there is sediment and the water becomes cloudy.
