Disappointing - new design is much less firm
I had this pillow for the last 3 years, which was amazing. I bought it again, as they had started to lose shape. It turns out the design of the pillow has been changed and it seems to be lower quality / less firm now - with shredded memory foam as opposed to a sheet. I went to the store to return them - they were helpful and I ended up upgrading to the €85 pure gel pillows as that is now the only one in the range providing the right level of support for me. Its more like the original Visco I bought 3 years ago, but is very expensive. I probably would have been better off buying on Amazon at that price point.

Lost shape and firmness.
Bought this about 6 months ago and had to bring it back after it collapsed on one side after a week. Replaced and given instructions on how to reshape it. Every day it gets beaten, fluffed etc and over time it has lost the firmness. Every morning I wake up to it shaped like a wedge and it will not go back to the shape it got it when bought. For the price I would expect it to last longer.

Good night sleep
These pillows are really comfortable and supportive although you do need to pop into a store and get measured to ensure you get the right thickness as they vary. I brought mine online but had to return it for a smaller size. I am really happy with both the online and shop experience which were both excellent

Poor, poor quality!
I don't think i have ever wasted so much money on rubbish The quality is so poor that I really would like to give zero stars I rang the store and was given some piffle about "fluffing" the pillows, all to no avail PLEASE, don't be duped by the sale's pitch.

Excellent pillow
I needed to replace our pillows and so I dropped by the Naas store. I got fitted for a pillow which I would highly recommend. It’s a lovely service and experience. I tried a number of different fillings in my size but found this to be the most supportive.
