Don't buy Samsung
Like another person in the reviews below, I bought this fridge around 2 years ago and it looks from this page that samsung have discontinued the filter and left with no replacement. Your ice or water dispenser will not work without a filter replacement every 6 months. My advice find a brand with more universal fittings for water filters because Samsung will corner you into buying a huge expensive fridge that will only last 2 years.

It's annoying that customers are resulting into buying fake filters because of Samsungs lack of stock. Do not sell products that need replacement products if you can't keep up with supply. I should have looked into this before buying Samsung fridge.

Unsatisfactory service
Incorrect filter sent twice then tried to order from swords they didn’t send the link . The filter I need is not available to buy online . Very very disappointed with customer service the filter I need is HAFCIN/EXP only have the fridge freezer 6 months and unable to get filter this was not a cheap fridge freezer either .

Samsung Water Filter HAF-QIN/EXP
Really happy with our Samsung fridge freezer with the built in filter, as we have very hard water. The filters last 6 months, and the jug in the door refills automatically with lovely fresh chilled water...filter really easy to remove and replace. New filter delivered from Harvey Norman withoin two days. Great service.

This Samsung Filter is the best quality, 👌but to honest it's expensive 😅 for every six months you need to change it, my suggestions to Samsung should provide at least 12 months it would suits every Samsung customer out there 😀 hopefully in future will have more Filter that last long time. 😄

Very expensive!
As usual, the service and quality provided by Harvey Norman is excellent, but in this case, I am taken aback by the cost of this part which must be replaced every six months in order for my Samsung fridge/freezer to function correctly! Over €13 per month to maintain a fridge!

Very good and quality is excellent.
Just Samsung should add more months like 12 months instead 6months.

Great product but a little pricey
It’s a great product, pity it’s the type of fridge I have as I have to buy about 2 filters a year which is pretty pricey but it’s a great fridge so worth it.
