The spacious VitaFresh XXL Pro 0°C system offers the ideal storage environment for your fresh food thanks to climate control and 0°C technology. You’ll find two drawers, one for fish and one for meat, with a temperature regulating slide which lets you lower the temperature up to 4˚C lower than the rest of the fridge. It is too long for the mounting and one time it fell on my wife's head! Poor engineering, not expected from Bosch. Has quality control dropped?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Serires 6 build-in fridge KIR81ADD0G I recently bought the Bosch Series 6 KIR81ADD0G built-in fridge, and I'm really happy with it. It’s very spacious and well-organized, making it easy to store everything neatly. The fridge runs quietly, and the cooling features like VitaFresh and Super Cool work really well — my food stays fresher for longer. The build quality feels premium, especially the soft-close door. The installation went smoothly, although you need to be careful with door alignment because of the fixed hinge design. A few minor cons: I would have liked a built-in thermometer to easily check the temperature, and it would be even better if the shelves had runners, but unfortunately, they aren’t available for this model. Overall, I’m very pleased with the fridge. It’s solid, quiet, and keeps everything fresh — exactly what I was looking for.

Hi, Thanks for contacting Bosch Q&A. We don't make frost free fridges, only freezers. Some condensation may collect at the back, but that's about it, and a quick wipe should remove. We just don't feel it's needed, we do offer for freezers though, as they are much more susceptible to icing up. Thanks - Craig

My Bosch Series 6 KIR81ADD0G, bought January 2025, has started flooding on the top shelf only. Nothing is touching the back panel of the fridge and the other shelves and drawers are absolutely fine. ? Keeps flooding on the top shelf only

Hi, my built in serious 6 built in fride K1R1ADDOG keeps freezing at the back on the top 2 shelves, can you tell me why? I have only had it 4 weeks its a lovely product but I feel this shouldn't be happening.

Hi, Thanks for contacting Bosch Q&A. When the appliance is operating, condensation droplets of frost form on the rear panel of the refrigerator compartment due to functional reasons. The back panel in the refrigerator compartment defrosts automatically. Condensation runs through the condensation channel into the drainage hole to the evaporation pan and does not have to be wiped away. Thanks, Charlotte.
