Trouble getting help
I have a problem with door misalignment- the fridge doors are not flush with each other and the left hand door is lower than right. The manual says put in spacers. where do I obtain spacers?
Secondly I can find no way to remove the crisper drawer for cleaning purposes. Can you help?
The troubleshooting chat is no help as it just tries to pass you to agents who are not available and then the bot is unable to understand any messages. As there does not seem to be another way to communicate I am using this review facility
We are mostly very pleased with the fridge freezer but would like to resolve these small annoyances

Great Fridge
Really great fridge. It’s a good size. Not massive but not small either. Perfect for a family of 4 to 6
Very important to measure all of your household doors before buying a fridge of this size we were lucky to have a double door on a patio and a 90cm wide utility room door. Saves the fridge having to be taken apart and reassembled.
The filtered water is great and I even found the kids drinking more as it’s on tap so to speak.
We mainly bout the fridge for the increased freezer size. The ice container is also very handy probably more so in warmer climates.
Perfect all around family fridge.

Excellent appliance
Very attractive and practical appliance. We replaced a larger Maytag fridge freezer and were concerned that the new freezer area might not be big enough but have found this fridge freezer easily adequate. The 2 doors on the freezer and the design of 4 drawers and 2 shelves are also a good idea for making maximum use of the space. The ice container in the freezer is very neat. The back lighting in the fridge is very helpful. The door alarms are unmissable if doors are left open! Very pleased and would recommend.

Does what if says
Chose this model because it was the only plumbed model I could find to fit the space. The refrigeration/freezing appears to be superior to my previous designer brand. The quad door set up works well on the lower freezer section. However the fridge section, the crisper drawer cannot be accessed unless both doors are opened. The stainless steel finish shows every fingerprint and life is too short to continuously be polishing the fridge doors.

The perfect fridge freezer?
Can a fridge be beautiful?! Well, this is. The space inside is lit in its entirety making it really easy to see everything. The door shelves are the perfect size to accommodate bottles and condiments. Have yet to try the ice and water as not plumbed in yet. The stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean and looks great. Every drawer in the freezer and fridge literally moves like it’s on rails.

Lovely Fridge Frezer
Beautiful looking fridge freezer which has lots of space for all your food. Great features are the water feed for constant cold water and the ice cube maker. Only slight criticism is the one large vegetable/salad draw. You have to open both doors on fridge to access the draw. Would be good to be 2 smaller drawers. Otherwise really pleased with this appliance.

A couple of niggles
The fridge is fabulous, stacks of room, especially in the doors. It's a shame the freezer compartments don't hold hold a frozen pizza box flat (another half an inch would do it). I'm awaiting delivery of an adjustable spanner-type thing so I can lower the feet and, hopefully adjust the level.

Good quality American Fridge/Freezer
Very pleased with Refrigerator/freezer as we didn't have room for a wider America fridge but wanted a fridge with a plumbed water dispenser. There is plenty of space in the fridge and the drawers in the freezer make storage easier (can limit size of food stored). Fridge/freezer is quiet.
