Not fit for average sized crockery
Lovely dishwasher. Aesthetically appealing. Very quiet.
However, the height between the middle shelf and top shelf is to short for normal pint glasses. Unfortunately, the height between the bottom and middle shelf is also to short to fit average size dinner plates. The spray arm immediately catches if you put more than one plate in from the outer edge.

Great features and flexibility
This dishwasher has a great feature set and the SmartThings app is a nice addition. The inside of the dishwasher has good flexibility to hold a wide variety of items.

Stacks badly, doesn't hold much, washes badly
Samsung make some great products but this one is a failure on so many counts. It stacks badly, you can't get much in it and it washes badly. In 40 years this is only our fifth dishwasher and it is the worst. If we fail to rinse everything beforehand, guaranteed cutlery and bowls will not come clean. Ordinary dinner plates no longer fit in this machine - our mistake for not checking but how ridiculous is that?
Samsung have spent too much time trying to be clever with technology and not enough focus on how people actually use a dishwasher. The cutlery trays sound great until you find it takes much longer to fit everything in, and then it doesn't come clean! Rarely had that problem with a basket. Coffee mugs on the middle racks don't come clean unless pre-washed by hand.
We have tried different tablets including the expensive varieties and the results are the same. The biggest mistake was not returning the machine immediately. Once you start to search around the internet, you'll see that our disappointment is repeated in many other cases. Of course, Samsung will do nothing about it.

Samsung dishwasher
Does what it’s supposed to do. Does it well and without issue. Like the 1 hour quick wash which is all I use and the ability to set a timer for it to start late at night. Wouldn’t be bothered with the cloud stuff but if you particularly want a text when your wash is finished the option is there. Great service from Harvey’s, they came put the machine where I asked them to and told the old one. Recommended

Good dishwasher…three levels make things tight
Good dishwasher. Three levels make things a bit tight…if middle shelf is at lower setting, large plates don’t fit in bottom shelf, if it’s at the upper setting, large cups and glasses don’t fit.
Also, cutlery shelf doesn’t fit large or long utensils…so we have removed the cutlery shelf and ordered a cutlery holder for the bottom shelf…
Works much better now as a two shelf dishwasher.

Nice looking machine and very quiet.
Lovely machine, ultra quiet (compared to my old one) and great washing results. Self installers… levelling instructions unclear in book for this model but it’s a traditional 4 foot screw design. Like the top cutlery tray as every utensil gets cleaned as opposed to the traditional Lower basket where everything gets “chucked in” and as you know, utensils stuck together can’t be cleaned.

Don’t be put off by the other reviews
Great dishwasher, very quiet and plenty of storage for our family of 5! Easy to install and love the fact that we can control it through the app. Was slightly put off with the reviews but I can confidently say there is plenty of space for cutlery, plates, pans, etc. Even does a great job cleaning our baby bottles. Really happy with this product

Beautiful looking machine. Quiet, fits in nicely with kitchen aesthetic. A little lower down inside if that makes sense/ so can feel like youre bending lower to access.
