Seems overly complicated
Likes...its slightly quieter than the old model
Dislikes....seems to weigh noticibly less than my previous slimline Bosch dishwasher
Why do you need a dishwasher that connects to the
internet?
The installation instructions( pictures) need to be easier to understand
Why does a dishwasher need a programme that is over 3 hours long...if the dishes are that dirty they may need sandblasting!
If I had known what the new machne was like before buying I would definately have tried to get my old model fixed if it was at all economical to do so.
Bosch seems to have gone backwards in my opinion with the latest model, the old model being extremly simple and reliable.
Have already had an error code (5 uc) come up on the new machine after only a few weeks of purchase, which does not seem to bode well

Love it
I love this dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans really well. No 2nd go around with any tough stains. Everything cleans thoroughly the first time. I really love the Home Connect feature. I stack and then can run the machine from my phone any time I want. I tend to run it after midnight, this keeps costs down.
I would have preferred it if the machine was a little bigger inside. Even though that sounds like an odd thing to say for a slimline dishwasher, I've said it because the previous slimline dishwasher that I had (different, cheaper brand) definitely fit more in it than this one does. Also, the cutlery basket isn't very robust and it doesn't sit straight. It always seems to be balancing rather than fitting into a designated area. I would, however, still recommend the machine.

A customers perspective
We had a series 1 of this model for many years and were pleased with its performance, hence when that finally ran out of legs so to speak we purchased its successer.
It is disappointing in that the top rack design is not as good as the mark 1, and also plate settings appear to have been reduced a fraction so that on occasions crockery and occasionally cutlery is not cleaned properly and goes back in for a second wash cycle. Having said that, it is certainly a lot quieter than its predecessor, whether it is as economical as the mark 1 I know not.

Excellent little dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher as I have several Bosch appliances and they are all excellent in both performance and quality. It takes all the crockery, glasses and utensils I use and they come out sparkling clean. Eco mode is recommended as the most economical and I use this regularly, but it does take a very long time - 3 hours and 40 minutes. It's a pity there isn't a quick wash program. The dishwasher is very quiet and takes up very little space in the kitchen. A very good buy.

Smaller than it's predecessor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm disappointed to find that because of the new layout of the top basket it is not possible to get as much in and mugs fall sideways. I find the basket a mess really. I thought I was replacing my 20 year old Bosch slimline with like for like. If I had seen it in the shop I would not have bought it. Due to mobility issues I was unable to travel. But cleans well and is very quiet. The Home Connect only tells me it has finished as I am not interested in ordering supplies.

Our First Dishwasher
After many years of working for a UK based electricals company, we recently bought our very first dishwasher.
Having bought several Bosch items over the years we knew that their reputation for quality and reliability was second to none.
As we live in an open plan apartment, this slimline dishwasher was just the right size for our needs.
We are very pleased with the dishwasher
It would be great to have the option of a cutlery drawer. I'm not so impressed with the basket.

Bosch dishwasher
I had a different make model for 13 years and decided it was time for a new one , I read the reviews on this one , I have ever had a bosch appliance before , I a so pleased I got this one ,it as a cutlery rack that can be moved about on the bottom rack, it also has a rack on the top tray for ladles ect , plenty of room for cups , plates and pots , programmes are easy to use and extra ones can be downloaded over all I am very pleased with my purchase .highly recommend.

Love my new kitchen helper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my old Beco slimline dishwasher for 15 years and decided it was time for a replacement. I decided on Bosch being a good brand and took delivery about two weeks ago of my lovely new dishwasher. So far I'm loving her. She's great!! Everything comes out so clean and shiny. I've set it up to use by wireless connection on my phone as it gave me options of different programs.
So far I can say I'm loving it
