Amazing investment and upgrade.
Retrofitted the Neff in place of a 3 yr old Caple branded integrated dishwasher. By comparison the Neff is so much quieter. Cleaning is thorough. Via the app I can see water and power consumption. Impressed.

A review to upgrade my previous one on this model
My previous 1 star review was very negative because on first use, our new machine refused to budge from the ECO program or connect to the Home Connect app. In the end we ran it on ECO and after that we could change programs and connect via wi-fi ok. The machine now works as expected and we're getting used to the change in stacking arrangements to our previous Neff machine. However, four stars I think is fair given the unnecessary frustration it caused us to start with. Hopefully this new machine will last as long as our previous Neff one.

Great Dishwasher
My last dishwasher was a Neff which I absolutely loved. I wanted to stay with Neff because I like the layout for stacking my pots and pans and wanted a top cutlery tray as it gives you lots more room for pots and pans in the bottom rack. I am getting used to the Zeolith drying, which the door doesn't open now at the end of the drying cycle but the pots and pans are always dry. I am also pleased that it lights up on the floor to tell you what time is left on each wash. All in all I am very pleased with my new dishwasher.

Replacement Dishwasher
Our new appliance was fitted oon 23/7/25 to replace our previous NEFF dishwasher which had lasted for 15+ years. A lot has changed in that time and we are getting used to the advantages that an updated product can provide but early uasge confirms our decision to continue with a NEFF product is the right one!

Excellent Dishwasher
This is an excellent dishwasher, everything comes out sparkling clean, the cutlery shelf is such a great idea -- so much better than the cutlery basket. Our previous dishwasher, also Neff, had lasted 19 years. We had not become aware of how it really needed changing!

New replacement dishwasher
Amazing dishwasher - was quite expensive but think you get what you pay for. Extremely quiet when running. Easy to load, plenty of room. Easy to use once set up. Haven't yet used the app to set it going but seems a handy feature to have.

This Dishwasher does an excellent job . Perfectly clean pots, pans, plates, glasees and utnesils, every was cycle. I love the Home COnnect facility, so I know when each cycle has completed.
