Disappointed before I start using it.
I have only recently bought this Oven and have only scored it one star because of the following reasons.
1. As this is a dual oven you would expect it to come with 2 wire racks but it only comes with one so can only have it in one or the other oven when using the dual oven feature.
2. The tray that is provided does not have a wire rack insert so how are you supposed to use the grill feature?
3. No manual supplied with the oven, you have to download them from the Samsung Site.

Misleading dual cook feature
It's ridiculous that this dual cook oven only comes with one wire rack so you cannot use both parts at the same time. Wouldn't have bought it had I known, feel cheated...

Great oven
Really useful for when you have things needed different times or temperatures. But usually use as a single large oven.
Only down side is if you wiggle the divider or put a shelf on that section, if the button/sensor is touched the oven goes off and clears the timer too.
