Ovens for Older People
I manage a housing complex for older people and I needed an oven that would be user friendly for an older person: Knobs and LED need to be clearly laid out and easy to see and use. Less is more. The oven itself seems to fit the bill. Harvey Norman website and installation could use improvement. Need additional filters to help narrow searches. Installation is pricer than competitors. The good: Delivery was fast and clean. The bad: They didn't turn unit on or give any instructions. Finally, I couldn't find where the warranty information is. Had another look at the website after purchasing and still can't find it. (Registering product showed 1 year.) This is important information that should be easy to find on the website.
