Great well performing oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new ovem/microwave/grill combination oven and would definitely recommend it. I've docked it a point for function just because the user manual isn't very good at explaining the use of some of the settings. The microwave is easy to use, but I'm not sure why it's usage time is limited when used at 800W and above. Also the grill function was a little disorientating as I've never had to set a grill with a celsius temperature before, and I was surprised that I had to keep the door closed when in grill mode. Otherwise really pleased with it.

Replacement for failed oven ok so far
This was a replacement for a similar oven which failed beyond repair at only a few months over two years. It’s fine so far but it has been an expensive matter for us with such a short guarantee period

Microwave consistency
I love the product and concept but I am struggling to get repeatable performance from the microwave. My old one you just throw in the food set the time and its done. This you have to set the power and even then it does not seem to cook properly. Why?

Excellent design and easy to use
This oven is really the next step in cooking. Once you’ve got used to the touch screen it really is simple. It has a host of functions and using the favourites makes it super simple to program your most used features.

Hopeless!
First of all this is an oven that has a secondary function as a microwave. It is not what we thought - a microwave with a secondary function as an oven/grill. Once you understand this relationship then the problems we are having seem to click into place. The problem we are having is that using the microwave is a nightmare! Instead of simply selecting the microwave time and then pressing on.. there is a whole process of selecting function, power, time and then on - it is convoluted and it is complicated. A month in and we are just about ready to throw this in a skip and buy something else. As a second oven/grill it is spacious, but we already have a spacious oven/grill so that is irrelevant.
If you are looking for a combination microwave/oven then my advice is assess which of these functions is your priority. If it is the microwave then steer clear of this because it will drive you nuts.

We are happy with the combi . The microwave function is excellent however a turntable would be a welcome addition. We are still learning how to use the combi cooking function but what we have cooked with this function the results have been good. Using the oven function alone is efficient in both energy usage and cooking results.
